WEDDING CHAUFFEUR

Surrey, home of outstanding wedding venues, several premium golf clubs are within reach of Cobham amongst other venues. We provide this service to all clients who wish to turn up to their wedding or their friends/families weddings in style.

Your Chauffeur will be dressed for the occasion, an executive vehicle will be sent out to complete the journey. Our vehicles to choose to choose from are Mercedes and BMWs. Should you have specific requirements then please do let us know and we’ll do our best to provide you with the best possible vehicle.

Pre-Book
It’s always good practice to book in advance to avoid disappointment such events are usually planned ahead of time and our customers that have used this service in the past have always pre-booked. Feel free to use our online form or simply call us to book or make your inquiries.

CORPORATE ACCOUNT

Most of our frequent travellers be it companies or individuals prefer to use Corporate Account services. Do away with all the paperwork, cash & receipts and take advantage of our offer to invoice you on a monthly basis in arrears.

We offer an all inclusive account service to your every requirement. Our invoices that are sent to each of our clients are itemised. This allows our clients to document their journeys and even budget for the month ahead. Corporate accounts makes the process easy and takes the fuss out of paying on each individual journey.

EXECUTIVE SERVICE

The majority of our Corporate Account clients tend to go for our Executive Car Service. Our drivers will show up smartly dressed, in clean and tidy executive vehicles and give you the chauffeur experience you deserve.

Pre-Book

It’s always good practice to book in advance to avoid any disapointment hwoever if you wish, call us at any given time and our operators will provide accurate time estimates in which our drivers will arrive by.

Executive vehicles include, Mercedes, BMW and Chrysler.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Airport Transfer service is one of our most popular services amongst our current clients. With tight schedules and flights being usually long stressful journeys, our drivers aim to put you at ease by arriving promptly, having expert knowledge of the routes to all airports further aiding you to catch your flights in the busiest of times. 

Many of our clients use our service as it may save them the hassle of parking & paying the expensive car park fees set by the Airports. Depending on the length of your stay at your desired destination, car park fees can be quite high. This is one of the reasons why Airport Transfers have become increasingly popular amongst not only Corporate Clients but private clients as well. We transfer to all UK Airports and can provide you a service with various vehicle sizes, which include Saloons, MPVs or Estate vehicles.

COVID-19 INFORMATION
PPE Protocols and Procedures for Customer and Driver Safety

Boyntons will ensure that all drivers have the personal protective equipment (PPE), we will also supply the necessary PPE consisting of general protective masks, anti-bacterial wipes, gloves & hand sanitisers to all drivers.

For further protection and to reduce the risk of spread, general protective masks should also be worn by customers.

 

After each passenger journey, drivers Are instructed to clean hard surfaces such as door handles, window controls, seat belts, card payment devices, the rear of the front seats and other touch points with alcohol (minimum 60%) wipes, disinfectant or bleach based cleaning products (follow the manufacturer’s instructions). Drivers should then wash/sanitise their own hands. A thorough clean and disinfecting of the vehicle should be completed at the end of each shift. 

 

We would recommend you limit the number of passengers taken at any one time to follow the social distancing guidelines where possible. Where it is not possible to remain 2 metres apart, drivers and passengers should face away from each other, rather than face-to-face if possible. Where this cannot be avoided, travel time should be reduced if possible, by preferably using the fastest route available. Drivers should consider reducing occupancy to individual passengers in the back left/right hand seat. Also, no passengers are allowed to sit in the front passenger seat. 

 

We will not accept bookings from patients who display any symptom of the COVID-19 virus.

 

Drivers are advised to avoid handling money and to take alternative payment methods, contactless where possible.

Wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds, in particular after handling money, coughing, sneezing or blowing your nose, touching your face, eating or drinking or using the toilet. As an interim measure, use hand sanitising gel with a minimum content of 60% alcohol.

It is recommended for passengers to handle their own personal bags and belongings during pick up and drop off. However, as part of our service help should be offered and be given in the safest way possible e.g. using hand sanitisers and protective disposable gloves prior and after coming in touch with any belongings. However, with elderly or vulnerable customers help should always be offered whilst once again ensuring the correct PPE practice is being used.

Drivers are still obliged under equality legislation to provide reasonable assistance and make reasonable adjustments for disabled passengers. Also, any private hire driver who refuses a fare, or charges an additional fee because a passenger has an assistance dog risks prosecution and the possible loss of their licence.

Good ventilation (i.e. keeping the windows open) may help to reduce the risk of transmission. Air conditioning or ventilation on vehicles must be set to extract and not recirculate the air within the vehicle where possible.

If you have a need to visit the office, you should maintain the 2-metre separation distance – including in any passenger waiting area.

If a driver wears a face covering, we recommend they carry a pen and paper to help communication with some passengers (e.g. someone who lip reads, someone who has a hearing impairment). Separate pens and paper should be available for drivers and passengers.

If an operator or driver wishes the passenger to wear a face covering, this should be made clear at the time of booking. If a passenger is not wearing a face covering, then drivers may refuse to carry them, considering any mitigating circumstances such as any medical condition which may prevent the person from wearing a face covering.

 

This is to ensure my safety as well as of the customers and staff. I also understand that I must notify the office immediately of any changes which may include future symptoms of COVID-19 or general changes in my health that could affect the safety of customers, staff and my overall fitness to work.
